Eye care that comes to your community
We bring vision checkups directly to local villages and neighborhoods, ensuring everyone in our community has access to healthy sight. If someone needs extra support, we guide them directly to hospital care. We believe clear vision should be accessible and affordable to everyone.
Why a camp matters
Many eye conditions develop silently without early symptoms. Visiting a community checkup makes taking that important first step for your vision effortless.
It can affect the eyes without warning. If you have diabetes, get your eyes checked at least once a year.
It is often found late. A check can catch it earlier. Which can prevent permanent vision loss.
At our camps we have found diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma and other conditions that needed advanced care.
Care that reaches everyone
Good eye care shouldn’t depend on where you live or whether you can travel to a hospital. That is why AEI takes eye camps to neighbourhoods and villages across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
People often delay an eye check because the hospital is far, the visit means a day off work, or nothing seems wrong. A camp removes those reasons. The first check happens close to home.
- Accessible to Everyone: Our community vision screenings are completely open to everyone. Walk in to get your eyes checked.
- Close to home: We go to neighbourhoods and villages, including rural areas.
- Care that continues: If you need more, we refer you to the hospital, and Aarogyasri covers many advanced conditions.

Ramky Enviro sponsors cataract surgery
Cataract is one of the most common reasons people lose vision as they age, and surgery is the treatment. But cataract surgery is not covered under Aarogyasri, so for many families the cost is a real barrier.
To help, we worked with Ramky Enviro on a number of our camps, as part of their corporate social responsibility work. Ramky sponsored cataract surgery for people who needed it, so they could be treated without paying.
Partnerships like this show what camps can do. A camp finds the problem, and a sponsor can help make sure the treatment follows.
