At Saveranand Netralaya, we are on a mission to bring essential eye care to underserved communities and foster the development of the next generation of ophthalmologists. As the community wing of M/s Anand Eye Institute Pvt Ltd, we play a vital role in advancing the goals of Vision 2020, a joint initiative of WHO, by addressing vision-related disorders and preventing blindness.

Partnering with Anand Eye Institute, Saveranand Netralaya has established a community ophthalmology outreach program in the state of Telangana. Our program includes a mobile unit and two community outreach officers dedicated to serving rural communities and organizing eye camps. Anand Eye Institute contributes skilled staff, including optometrists and ophthalmologists, for screening and follow-up care. Patients with non-surgical issues receive treatment locally, while those requiring hospital-based interventions such as cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, corneal diseases, and laser treatment for diabetic retinopathy are provided services at Anand Eye Institute at no cost. Saveranand Netralaya reimburses Anand Eye Institute for these services.
